Wit, peppered with some sarcasm and a whole lot of truth, has made HEATHER LAND a household name. Blending humor with reality has endeared her to millions, but it is Heather’s roots that grow down deep in the soil of her Tennessee home that make her not only relatable, but downright lovable.
While Heather has been making people laugh with her unique take on life since childhood, it is her musical talent that has taken her all over the world. For over 20 years, Heather has served in leadership positions for churches from Tennessee, to Texas and Colorado. In addition, Heather has had the opportunity to travel extensively, speaking and singing at conferences across the United States as well as in Germany, England and Wales.
In 2011 Heather released her first Gospel album “Pouring It Out For You” collaborating with some of the industry’s heavy hitters like Jared Anderson (“Glorified” “Amazed” “Rescue” and “Great I Am”), Jennie Lee Riddle (“Revelation Song” "Hope of the Broken World" and "The One That Really Matters") and Don Poythress (“You Remain” “Wash Away” and “A Little More Country Than That”) The project was met with critical acclaim and positive reviews.
As a writer she has poured her story out in her blogs and recently knowing that real life can be real funny, she has embarked on creating video blogs. The ongoing series of “I Ain’t Doin It” has become a viral phenomenon with now millions of views. She has been recently featured in an article by Scarymommy.com as well as Yahoo.
Heather is mom to two amazing children and currently lives in Nashville, Tennessee.
